Bitter, bittersweet, sweet.

Returning to work on the additions to Genesis that my muse (Ernie) has demanded, feels so completely right. Had I flicked my fingers at him and ignored his urgings, I would have missed out on the joy I’ve derived from the scenes of yesterday and today.

While I love exploring the darker, grittier complexities of a story and how they affect the characters involved, I find that its those sweet moments of vulnerability that so often give you the fullest understanding of what’s really at play.
